This coffee comes to us from the single-farm lot of Mahamed Aba Nura in Bashasha, Agaro, Ethiopia. Both the fragrance and wet aroma of this coffee are loaded with sweet berry character that comes through like pastry filling. The coffee cools to discernible flavors of blackberry and dried blueberry, intermixed with chocolate flavor notes that fade to an aftertaste of dried fruit dusted with dark cocoa powder.
